I have been coming here for the past few years and with the last month or two the drinks and bagels aren't as good. Things don't taste as fresh. You can't get the bagel you want and the drinks are not right. I've been coming here for convenience because it's close and I like caribou and bagels. The staff at the window seemed cold and didn't speak. Eating and drinking was great, but service felt like I shouldn't have done it.
This is a Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels all in one place. There was fast and friendly service. The tables could be better cleaned and bussed quicker. There also isn't an area to drop off used baskets.

Fast and friendly service. Since Einstein's bagels is attached to here there is a bigger kitchen aspect so getting food is faster than a typical basic Caribou coffee spot. Place is clean and the seating arrangements/decor are very nice. The schmear bites were ok, just hot dough with hot cream cheese. They should have different flavors added inside for more variety.
