Queen's Pizza Subs - Rich Creek

They took an hour to make our 2 pizzas ready and they told us 30min! it was also very dirty in the kitchen! never come again!

We have been getting Queens in Rich Creek for years and it went down hill within the past year. The food isn’t the same…I think maybe they have new vendors? The chicken, fries, wings, etc are all different now and not very good. The quality has went down a lot…please bring the old Queen’s back!

Never again will I order from these people. I have ordered lots of times in the 6 years I have lived in the area. Charged my credit card at 3:03 pm. 5:05 pm no pizza. Called the store. Spoke to 4 different people. Excuse...we been busy. Imagine that. Not 2 hours worth of busy. Order cancelled and will be watching my card for a refund. Phenomenal pizza! Service was great, pizza was prepared on the exact minute they stated, staff was well mannered and the pizza was awesome!100% recommend!@Queens, you guys should talk with Jared Spencer at Kairos Resort. If you set up a lucrative delivery fee to deliver to the resort I am certain a ton of visitors would use you guys!

One of the workers asked me what i wanted on my calzone, i specifically said pepperoni and cheese, she then asked if that is all i wanted i said yes, i received a sausage and cheese calzone, i think this was because she didn’t like us, 1/10 would not recommend
