I Know Nick personally the food is great. But Nick you need to check your staff because you are losing a lot of money because they keep the phone off the hook for hours. So you can not place a order exspeialy on a weekend evening and when you go in and tell them put it on but after you leave they take it back off the hook. Bow tie pasta was not as hype as everyone talked. The ulcer chicken is my favorite. The sauce in the pasta was quite bland in my taste. I just added some spices and it was good. I love the food. My gator gumbo, he said he just liked it easily on the meat. He also has the seafood pasta. He said it was good, but he just didn't feel the imitation crab. He said the next time he'll get the shrimp pasta when they have it.
The best chicken I ever had in my LIFE! I very much welcomed this!
Our first visit tonight. Getting the food was a little slower than expected. We'll be worth it. I ordered the toad Étouffée and it was a massive portion. Enough for two meals. And enough heat. I'm still trying to finish it.
Met Nico at a Sam's Club and found out about the restaurant. A recommendation about how good their food was, as well as meeting Nico, prompted me to try it out. I ordered the bourbon chicken which was good. My friend ordered the blackened chicken with Alfredo sauce and bowtie pasta. Delicious. Most impressed by the trays of shredded meats that folks were buying via take out. Definitely will go back for that. Tyler was awesome! Hats off to all the kitchen staff as business was booming. I know why. Great place, fun atmosphere and very good eats!!
