came here to the breakfast, and the vegan things are not marked, but the guy who worked there had a list and showed up everything. we had the possibility of the huge cinnamon rolls and some rolls with jam. everyone was good, the cinnamon roll was massive and sweet, although it was more of a broochy cinnamon roll instead of oie gooie cinnamon. Delicious and freshly baked brote and three types of zimtbunken (strohbeere, chocolate and caramel). they had three types of brot the day we went, and they will cut it for them when they buy a believing. excellent service.
They do have bread, but no vegan pastries as of august 2017.
In search of breakfast, I was happy to see Bkornsbakari offering something for vegans. An under 30 minute walk from the tourist area, it is more local and definitely a neighborhood favorite. The iced cinnamon buns are huge- at least 6-7 across and quite tasty. Although I do not usually eat them in my non-traveling life, it was a nice splurge but admittedly got just a bit too sugary for me toward the gooey middle. Which I know is a good thing for many! Also have lovely breads- most of which are also vegan. I picked up a load to have toast for breakfast at my hostel for the rest of my stay in town. Recommended!
