What Kelsey Kohler doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Came in and asked what their soy free options were. She simply said she didn?t know. I asked if she had an allergen menu and she said they didn?t have one. This is incredibly problematic considering that allergies can be a life threatening issue. I ended upleaving with the complete lack of awareness. Very disappointing as I love Papa Johns but my husband has a soy allergy. View all feedback.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They had a technical mistake that told them to make the wrong kind of pizza for us instead of throwing them away when they made the mistake, they simply gave us the pizza. This is also the best pizza in Rexburg hands down. We love Papa Johns from Rexburg. They rock!
The pizza is literally all burnt, I'm surprised they even served it and let it out the door
We love the BBQ Hawaiian pizza! They're fast with getting your order out, and you can see exactly what they're doing the whole time.
The Hawaiian BBQ is amazing! We get two every time we go! They have fast service even when you order at the counter.
