I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich on ciabatta, from their standard menu. There was no line, and i could see the care and attention paid to my order. I ordered my sandwich to go, as Covid has made me wary of dining indoors. I have to say, the sandwich was delicious and filling. I really want to go back and try other menu items. View all feedback.

I have tried Brown Bag twice and have been underwhelmed both times. I paid almost $13 for a pretty basic,salad. Also, the chicken was very dry. It is way overpriced. I am shocked they are still in business. Sweetgreen in RTC is far better if you want a salad. View all feedback.
I wish I could give a 0 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, RESTON VA First time i ordered from the Reston, VA location, big order, called at least 5 times. Their response: sorry we only have 1 person at the store, even though i placed the order in advance, this was around $150 order. Call the driver, he said, i have 20/30 Minutes waiting and they said is not ready. I had 10 people waiting for lunch for more than 30 minutes. Second time I ordered, same thing. They were late, called 3 times first they said the driver hasn't showed up and that they were going to contact them and call me back, already late 10 minutes. I called again because they never called me back, literally the person said, i can't contact the driver, I'll call you again, after 40 minutes that we did not receive the order, I call back and they said sorry i don't know what happened to your order. I requested a refund and the person said, of course once the supervisor is here. Today I called again, the owner answered the phone, he said, we left it at the lobby and called you (wrong number) sorry nothing we can do, so he prefers to safe the $50 than giving the correct customer service. We never received the food, i called, i did everything possible. They did not deliver the food or good service. Two times is not a mistake is a bad service!!!!!!

This place has gotten worse over the past 2 years. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese, realized after I picked it up that there was no bacon $1.50 wasted). I guess they were too busy working on other orders and it slipped through just kidding, no one is ever here). Whole place gives off big going out of business soon vibes. Tell me the pictured sandwich was worth $6 and I 'll show you a bridge for sale.
I ordered a tuna fish sandwich on rye and pasta salad for lunch and it was excellent!
I have been there twice, both before the pandemic. The quality was OK, the store was clean, and the service was OK.The first time, for a breakfast, I was the only customer, ordered an omelette, Expensive, more than 8$, without any beverages .I went there the 2nd time for a lunch, the store was a little bit crowded, but I saw 2 issues this time, high price again for a simple salad more than 11$ , and low customer service quality, mostly seemed management issue than the employees issues.Since then, I have decided not go there anymore.
