Ben Jerry's - Reston

I've come here multiple times now and each time have been greeted by very friendly staff. There's always several people behind the counter and I've only encountered 2 people who weren't super friendly and helpful (not unfriendly though, just kinda quiet). The ice cream is great, Ben and Jerry's never fails to disappoint, and this location has a decent selection of flavors. They're located in a good area too, with lots of local community activity all around. Very fun for a casual evening date/hangout! Prices are a little high, but that's Ben and Jerry's for ya. I saw in the window that they have some newsletter or something you can join that I think gives you 10% off every time, but I'm not totally sure about that. Either way, I'd recommend this place!

Friendly staff and great ice cream and shakes. Really enjoyed the addicted to chocolate shake. Not really much more to say. If you're craving ice cream and are in the are, then this is definitely your spot!

Excellent customer service. Melanie her team at the Washington Market Street Reston Store were very helpful to help me get what they made me big suggestions. They were all very patient with me when I was super indecision, they were very friendly welcome, I highly recommend it.

Love it. It would be great if they added more seat outside. In addition, a great service and the ice creams are so delicious.

Who doesn't love Ben & Jerry's? It's a charming little spot. The space is a bit cramped, but the staff is welcoming and the ice cream is fantastic.
