Whitney Peak Hotel, LLC - Reno

Wonderful date night! delicious food, beautiful modern aesthetic and pleasant service!

He made a reservation of 9:30 a.m. for a large group that is composed for birthday. When we showed up, we were told that they closed at 10 so that we could sit, but the time had to hurry and not waste. I don't know why they would accept 9:30 reservations if they would kick out the party in 30 minutes. because there was no way to order 9 people, to eat, to pay and to enjoy in 30 minutes, we went somewhere else. very unprofessional and disastrous.

Wait staff was sparse so service was poor. Seated near the bar with a boisterous gang of heavy drinkers. Food mediocre at best. Will not eat there again.

Food was amazing and the ambience was perfect. The presentation of the food was also perfect. Our “server” is was the only issue. For starters she said the dining room was closed and sat us on a high top, no issue at all, except the next three people were sat in the dining room. She didn’t know what the liquor menu was (ie. We asked what a specific drink was and she didn’t know) when we asked if the bartender might know she said she was the bartender. The drink she made did not taste well at all, and she was too busy talking to other people to even offer decent service.

Love this restaurant- we were in the whitney peak hotel, ate in caffe and went next to after dinner into the cargo room to see lainey wilson. a great night at a place.
