What Laura Nelson doesn't like about Oxpow Bistro Cafe:
TERRIBLE SERVICE. We sat there 15mins and no one talked to us, looked at us or acknowledged us. We had asked for a manager and this person had come back and said she was busy right now. Finally another server working the other side helped us and he was very nice. Great food and terrible service!! View all feedback.
My favorite breakfast dishes? 1. Chilaquiles with chorizo 2. Steak Eggs, best in Reno! The seasoning is perfect, and when you order medium rare, it's medium rare. 3. Blueberry pancakes (sweet enough you don't need syrup) It's one of our favoritebreakfast spots in Reno.
This new restaurant in town is fantastic. We dined here twice this week! Make sure to come hungry, as you won't leave that way. I ordered the huevos Ranchero and my husband tried the macho macho chorizo tacos - both were delicious. This is now our favorite spot. The food was served promptly and the service was excellent.
This restaurant is excellent in every aspect! The food is delicious, the service is spectacular, and the atmosphere both inside and outside is wonderful. The quality is consistently good and it is clear that everyone here cares. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant on a Saturday morning. We had to wait a few minutes before being seated, but the server was attentive and took our orders quickly. Unfortunately, it took a long time to get our food because they only had one chef and the restaurant was very crowded. However, when our food finally arrived, it was delicious and hot. The prices, on the other hand, were quite high - around $5 for a basic coffee and $15 for a breakfast burrito. Although the food was good, it wasn't worth the wait or the expense. If I were to visit again, I would go during the week when it is less busy.
Cutest little place! The server working today deserves an award she was managing many tables all while accommodating my many questions over the menu. Food is delicious, great place to stop while your truck is being repaired. ??
