Mcdonald's - Reno

We were told to wait 30 minutes when we approached the window, but they were unable to fulfill our order or provide a refund. The young workers did their best to assist us. There was no manager present at the location. We will have to return tomorrow to settle the payment.

As a taxi driver, I had the pleasure of driving a hardworking mother, her beautiful daughter Elsie, and their adorable stuffed animal doggie, Charlie. This family was so sweet, and the service at the restaurant was efficient despite the 4 or 5 car line at the drive-thru. We received our order in 10 or 12 minutes and I safely delivered them to their destination for around $18. The employees at the restaurant did a great job. Sincerely, a grateful customer from Nevada.

Sent to 18 clock drive thru when dining room was not open. only 4 cars in front of me. it took 16 minutes to come to the loudspeaker to make my order. only two minutes to get my order. so much for quick eating.

They now calculate for any sauce that should be free with the meal. they don't mention that until they get to the window and have already paid. going to the house is still prohibited from any reason, and this causes the thirty minutes drive through waiting. it is not worth coming back.

Things have been rough getting any drive through breakfast lately with the shortage of people wanting to work and this place is very reliable. Food is always fresh and the employees are nice. I hate to say I don't like McDonald's much but if I do go it's definitely to this one.
