The winning formula offer a decent lunch at a decent price. Here they get iT right. Good products Cooked just perfectly with real flavours. A winning deal nice service, good food simple presentation just very good for lunch for less than 50 euros for 2 with wine and desert. Thank you well done. View all feedback.
What EstelleSinga doesn't like about Le Saint Sauveur:
Disappointing. The starter (foie gras) was good. However all the remaining was tasteless. The meat was really tasteless. It was veal but I couldn’t recognize it. I had the impression that the veggies were canned or frozen... The desert was supposed to be with raspberries but there were only 3... more decoration than a real raspberry desert. To me I’m not recommending this place View all feedback.

On the back street, but easy to find, not overcrowded. Nice and cozy atmosphere, really good service. But most of all: all food was delicious! So, this is a good vacation mixture: non demanding style, as if you are in a village restaurant and super tasty, stylishly served food. If back in Rennes would revisit 100%. One note: be careful, closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We were attracted by the set lunch menu in this restaurant in a timber-framed medieval house. The dining room is welcoming and comfortable and offers a memorable experience, reinforced by the playful waiting staff. The eclectic menu has local ingredients, including deliciously prepared seaweed from Brittany. Special diets were only modestly catered for. Everyone in our party greatly enjoyed their meal: the meat was cooked well, the pate was exceptional, the desserts interesting. If you are exploring the old part of Rennes, this is a very good address. Do go!
I dined here alone. The menu is not large but the quality of cooking is as fine as any I have experienced in France, elegantly presented. The building itself is fascinating, but I found my concentration taken entirely by the fine food and an excellent wine.
Discovered from this restaurant thanks to groupon, we shared a table with friends and we ate very well, the service, the welcome are really remarkable small flat, when buying the good we had a wide choice in flat entrance and dessert off on our arrival we could choose that between two entries two dishes and two dessertsle good is not sold like this!
