Emerald - Rego Park

Great food and wonderful music and service has always been my experience in this dining area. Wonderful live performance on weekends by a duo, I think one of the singers is the owner. The place is small, kozy and intimate at times the crowd is loud fun and sisterish. I always enjoyed the food and experience.

Once again I find myself at the Emerald Restaurant. This time for the Live Jazz Night. Just like last time the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very comfortable, and completely filled with good vibes. Although I was not familiar with the conversation before my arrival, my friend and I had the most beautiful evening. If you like good Russian / Eastern European cuisine. This is a very comfortable and friendly delicious experience. And if you need a few suggestions regarding the kitchen or the atmosphere, do not hesitate to ask any of the staff or the charming gentleman who runs the facility called Ilya. I can't wait to return.

If you are looking for full service at a restaurant, and Eastern European food, this place is it! The restaurant itself is immaculate and clean and the tables are set up gorgeously. The servers are very professional and very nice, never pushy. We had a prix fixe table for the Jazz Night and everything was just delish! Notably the eggplant roulette which contained a carrot salad. Perfectly seasoned. The vinaigrette was drool-worthy and the potatoes were perfect. I will be back next time I am in the area!

I recently hosted a birthday party for 30 people at this restaurant and it was a delightful experience. We opted for the French banquet menu and enjoyed dishes such as lobster bisque, scallops, and lamb chops. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. We also had a talented singer who provided great entertainment for us to enjoy while we ate and danced.

I attended a birthday party for a Russian friend at this restaurant. The food and service were fantastic. The meal was served family-style with multiple courses including cold and hot appetizers, several main dishes, and dessert coffee. Live music and a small dance floor added to the lively and enjoyable atmosphere of the party.
