Loobapbap - Region of Waterloo

Have ordered from here multiple times on ubereats for comfort food days or when I've been too busy after a long day to cook, especially the kimbaps. The food is always clean, hygienic, and delicious! Hopefully I can go in-person sometime.

The egg toasts are absolutely delicious. I recommend the tuna and avocado flavours.The workers are kind and sweet. Service is decent, not the fastest but worth the wait.

Delicious egg toast, kimbap, tteokbokki, and bowls at a reasonable price! Their website and delivery apps have higher prices than in the restaurant though. I shared a shrimp egg toast, bulgogi kimbap, and regular tteokbokki for lunch, and they were all great. The toast is very fluffy, and the sauce is great. The kimbap is fresh with soft rice and crunchy vegetables. The tteokbokki was soft and chewy and had a good spice level. I think a collab with Now Tea would be a good idea since we often get it with LooBapBap!

I went there to pick up an order for a friend. I was asked to pay, and I did not take a closer look (i guess i should from now on) and chose to tap. I got out and realized that the transaction was made for $103 while the order was only $83 (by reading the receipt). I went back immediately and asked why I was charged of $20ish dollars tip. I was told that I made the decision to pay 25% tip for a takeout. I told them that they could check the camera. ALL I did was tapping on the machine. I did not even take a look at the screen. They insisted that it was my mistake. Yes, I made a mistake dropping by. I will not make that mistake ever

Food was pretty good and was aesthetically pleasing. There are a few tables for those who want to dine in. Staff was also friendly.
