The Chopped Leaf - Regina

One of the best places for healthy options if you’re looking for quick food! They also offer delicious infused water and if you buy a bottle you can actually get the water for free anytime after! I love the variety of options from sandwiches to wraps and salads, and even food cups and more! My only complaint is that recently it seems as though the portions are being sized down but regardless the food remains delicious!

I come here almost once a week and every single time I have great service. The girls remember my order(s and even premix my salad for me. It has gone up in price over the years but I don’t mind because:a. So has everything else B. Been coming to Quance location for years, used to love them, the last time I was there I got the Mediterranean and asked for mushrooms to be added(which I paid for). Literally got 3 halves of a cherry tomato, 7 slices of mushrooms, maybe 10-12 slivers of onion, and about 7 tiny pieces of cucumber, thought it must have just been a fluke, no, went back tonight same thing, when I asked about it they said that’s all they are allowed to give…. Lettuce was jam packed on there though, no flavour whatsoever as the other veggies need to be there to give that. I won’t be back 18 .79 was the price for a bowl of lettuce…

I used to eat lunch at this location Monday Friday for close to a year. I needed some change so I went elsewhere for a bit but went back today to have a tried and true Bangkok wrap, my fav. What used to cost me 9 dollars (no protein in wrap) now costs me 11 dollars yet the wrap that I received was significantly smaller than what I used to receive. I know everything is up everywhere but I won't be visiting Chopped leaf very often that's for sure. Its clear that their profits are more important than customer satisfaction. One nice thing is the staff are always pleasant when I go.
