Wanta Thai Cuisine - Redmond

I had a quick dinner there with a friend and wasn't particularly impressed with the food. The shrimp was very dry, while the other entrée was just okay. The lack of beer and wine really took away from the experience as a dinner spot. I might give it another chance for lunch sometime.

The waitress was not very friendly, but the food was outstanding.

After we were seated, it took a long time for the waitstaff to come and take our order. Eventually, one of the waitresses came over and asked why we were trying to get her attention. She seemed overwhelmed and said, "Do you see anyone else here? I'm all alone." A bit of politeness would have gone a long way. Additionally, the owner should consider having more than one server on a busy Friday night, especially with over 20 tables to manage. As for the food, it was mediocre—not bad, but nothing memorable.
