The food was SO good. I could tell it was made to order. The fries were crispy and so yummy and the prices are super reasonable. Service leaves something to be desired and the lobby was honestly so dirty. I worked at DQ and I know it can be hard to maintain a clean lobby but there were enough crew members to do so. What STAY ARMY doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Took too long to wait for my orders and they give me the wrong order sometimes. The floors and tables were dirty. They need to do a better job at keeping the place clean and better job with orders. They should not make people wait too long. View all feedback.
Waited 35 minutes for my order. Horrible slow. Do not go here.
As many kids working in the back. They should bring out the order to the table as they mumble calling numbers.
Big juicy hamburgers, ice cold, pop, delicious ice cream. Parking: 15
The ice cream stayed in the cup when tipped upside down! Wow good job team, very proud of such humans who have a vision of anti gravity ice cream, and go forth to develop and display their geniuses.
