Burger King - Redbridge

I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, but there was only one car in front of me. The person working had no idea what they were doing, so I gave up and went to McDonald's instead. It was easier.

My friend and I have been eating at this restaurant in Brooklyn for years, and the only thing we ever ordered was the bohnenburger. It started out as the spicy bohnenburger, then became the veggie bohnenburger, and most recently was the vegan bohnenburger. Now, it's been taken off the menu! We won't be returning until they bring back the bohnenburger.

I went to this Burger King and decided to use the app for ordering, which instructed me to redeem in the restaurant. After waiting for about 15 minutes and worrying that the app had malfunctioned, I checked the time and it was 7:45. The server informed me that they only accept drive-thru or delivery orders after 7:30. However, the app specifically stated to redeem in the restaurant and there were no signs indicating otherwise. Feeling frustrated, I submitted a complaint on the Burger King website. The response I received stated that the location was a franchise and Burger King corporate was not interested in addressing the issue. I will not be returning to this establishment with such rude employees.

I only have a whopper I added to American. it was super fab! defend it again, go to the burger king!

Went to eat there as usual the service was horrid and took nearly ten mins plus to receive the food for two ordered, utterly short staffed and overwhelmed staff,paying priority to delivery orders, after getting the food sat to eat in and left, much to...my chagrin I got a parking fine apparently they had a sign that state 45 mins max stay . No consideration to time in que and substandard service . Basicly timed from driving in to driving out. First they should not be fining their customers for the privilege of the utterly bad sub standard service. Second they should allow more time and last they need to be utterly clear . Utter entrapment and unethical service. Absolutely inadequate parking service ,punishing your clients for buying your food. Very smart ???!!!
