The place itself is a little bit small but it is kept clean and service around there is friendly. The cakes are nicely displayed and the time it takes to make them is perfect for us. What User doesn't like about The Cheesecake Shop Springfield:
I ordered a quarter of cheesecake and noticed that the first slice I picked up had a black hair on it. Despite this, I decided to purchase another slice. Unfortunately, the texture was lumpy and not like a traditional baked cheesecake. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. View all feedback.
Friendly helpful service. I've purchased many items from their range but my favourite is the Belgian White Mudcake.

Day before Christmas we had forgotten pav and cheese cake went into the cheesecake store at Springfield busy as anything. Was created and waited for about ten mins. The girls are lovely they were great as I hadn't ordered they sorted me out . Great work there girls and yummy cakes. 10/10 for customer service.
Clean establishment, staff are always helpful and friendly and the cakes are always delicious! Highly recommended ????
