We were coming to Montreal from NYC. Not sure why Google maps gave us directions to take the 100N instead of staying on the I87N. Anyways, we followed a sign about food at one of the exit and stumbled by chance on This little gem.The place is beautiful and cozy. There were only 8 people (including us) in the restaurant, so it was calm and quiet.I ordered the homemade BBQ porc sandwich and it tasted delicious! It was the best thing I ate after spending a week in NYC.I will definitely do the same detour next time I go through the area.Kid-friendliness: My kids (10-12) were welcomed openly even though one of them was hangry and couldn't decide what she wanted to eat.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is so comfortable but what really makes this place a great experience are the people. At the restaurant and with the food truck you really get a sense that they care about your experience and what they are doing. When I called ahead with dietary questions, Stephanie was so patient and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Excellent food and service. Great local spot right before one hits the road

Walking through the door, you are immediately greeted with a charming dining space. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My little ones loved the pancakes and eggs. The menu offers elevated comfort food favorites. Everything was cooked to order and very fresh. They also have a good selection of tea. I would return for dinner and to try the cocktails on the menu. Nice selection of wines and mixed drinks. ? Decor was clean and rustic, with a modern twist.
