My friends brought me here for lunch. there was a line before we could sit down, but that was okay, we made use of her unlimited lunch buffet. they need to fill out a specific formula up to 6 items only per round. as soon as all orders are on their table, they can fill out the form again for their next 6 items. this process does not allow them to enjoy as much as they can because the first batch has already been consumed until they can order again. and the waiting time is extremely long, especially during hours. the personal here has no customer service skills that is such a scandal because their food is really good. it is beautiful because you also find things like noodles next to the...read more

Vjborna Japanese restaurant, where you will appreciate the preevsim nabidku everything you can eat a la carte. There are different types of sushi, but also hanging, salata, removed meat. vse tasty very dobre. on the palm, but if you don’t have enough time, you can enjoy it.

Was first and last time I will go there.staff wasn't helpful menu had no English translation so I ordered wrong instead of explaining they removed dish that they placed on my side and watched us like hawks thinking I will eat from my daughter plate I cancelled my order as I wasn't prepared to sit watching people eat.when it came to the bill we refused to tip as felt service was not professional.manager became irate and absurd he voiced next was we had to pay for wastage when we said we paid for the meal if we cannot finish it it's paid for then he lost the plot won't ever recommend this establishment to anyone

On have placed an order through the website with an option delivery at to Reading location, website has taken the order and confirmed the delivery time and order number. At am i have received a call from Reading branch manager saying that they don't have any drivers available and won't be able to deliver food unless i want to pay for a taxi delivery. on the website there was no mentioning that delivery is not available until pm. Manager on the phone was very rude and dropped the phone, which was very unprofessional! i have suggested that as it's Company's fault that driver is not available and web site still takes orders for early afternoon delivery , therefore company should arrange delivery at its own expense, on which manager hang up the phone! Terrible customer service, wouldn't place an order ever again with such attitude to the customers

My favorite restaurant in reading, good location, nice environment, most important, very good flavour food. Highly recommended
