They are always stocked with what you need and the employees are always courteous and it's clean

Friendly staff, took long to place order though so service was slow. I don't eat here often but when I do I get reminded on why I slowed down coming here. I am a loyal raytown business supporter so I will keep coming back here as they are also priced good for me.

Tried to fill 2 scripts this morning and get groceries. was told by pharmacy staff that they were too busy with COVID to fill the scripts. was told to ho to Walgreens...where they dont have the groceries I wanted. called the store and learned that the pharmacy staff aren't taking calls and aren't returning calls. store manager wasnt aware but said that even if I call corporate the message would come back to him so nothing would be done since I've already made him aware. went to price chopper in lees summit and accomplished shopping and scripts. clearly hy-vee cant handle servicing pharmacy customers and covid at the same time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE.

Never gets our grocery pick up or delivery order correct. sometimes entire bags missing. be careful if you order from them

Their shelves are always empty. their bathroom is gross. they put in all those self checkouts if I wanted to check myself out I would work there. but the big thing they don't restock. sorry but I think I'm going to start going to Lee Summit
