I apologize, but I have to travel two hours to enjoy their food, even though there's another location just 30 minutes away. This restaurant is family-owned, and their food is always fresh. I appreciate how they cater to their customers' needs, and I am grateful for their ability to adapt. Thank you for the amazing food and your excellent service! View all feedback.
What Joesph Collins doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
The service was faster, but they frequently run out of items. On my last visit, there were no legs or wings available, and the original flavor was the only option, with no spicy. They had plenty of chicken breasts, but it felt like they were overloading the three-piece orders with all the condiments you could ever need. I wish I could find a way to make it more exciting. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Church's Chicken—it was by far the worst I've ever visited! I'm feeling nauseous even as I write this, hoping to spare some of you from a similar fate. The chicken was mostly made up of tendons and tasted very lackluster (if only they had remembered the dipping sauce, which I asked for twice). The mac and cheese looked unappetizing, and the smell was simply unbearable. The only redeeming aspect was the sweet tea, which helped to wash away the terrible flavors. Please, do yourselves a favor and avoid this location at all costs to steer clear of any potential gastrointestinal issues!
I had an online order to pick up that should've already been made, so I get there to pick it up and their doors are all locked with a line of 12 cars that wasn't moving, I tried to call to see if they could bring it to me since it was supposedly already made and they wouldn't answer the phone. Church's is by far one of THE worst places to go. Even if I had waited in the line for God knows how long my stuff would've been cold since it was already made. When they claim their lobby is open for takeout orders maybe they should actually have it open and not have people wasting their time and money. 0/5 stars
I really like these churches, I don't give him five stars because I noticed on my reception that I was overloaded. because it's a small amount, I don't make a big fuss, but I know it's going to end for her. I did not ask or receive a small water so that, after entering it as .50 extra charge well I also noticed how I received the person before me his entry as well as they were also a fee a dollar extra, so they could check their taking them over a dollar or .50 extra charge and they can not notice because it is such a small amount, but it quickly fits other than that I love these churches
