my booking by opentable has failed. when I reached the restaurant, there was no table and the restaurant is not aware of it, even if I had a booking number. the manager was so friendly and accommodating and managed to serve us despite this hire at the bar. View all feedback.

Service is very very bad. Won't be coming back to this restaurant.
First of all the booking was not registered at all which was annoying. Second, the waiting time to get a table despite many availabilities was long. Third, it has taken over 25 minutes to order Fourth, most of the wines were not available, randomly replaced by something else to eventually arrive late when the food was cold. On a positive note, the food was really tasty and well prepared as per order. Despite an obvious level of under staffing, the service was very friendly and the team did everything they could to compensate a deficit in organisation. This was my second time there: qualiry of the food is consistent and at a very satisfactory level; once Intercontinental will have fixed the supporting logistics, this venue will simply be great.
My booking through OpenTable failed. When I reached the restaurant there was no table and restaurant is not aware of this booked even when I had a booking number. The manager was so kind and accommodating and manage to serve us setting at the bar despite that.
