Todos Santos - Rancho Santa Margarita

Food and service was excellent. they have wonderful decoration. we were very happy that we chose todos santos for dinner. highlights were the tasteful margaritas, the spectacular combo fajitas, camarones cabo, short rib enchiladas and baja 3 items combo. the decor is very festive and we enjoyed the fire on the terrace, even if we sat inside. we're coming back!

Perfect date night atmosphere. Dj on Friday night was great!

We came to celebrate Christmas with friends. I originally asked for the fireside outside table for 6, which then became 5 the night of. When I showed up to claim the reservation, I was taken to an inside table, and was told that the outside table I thought I had reserved was taken by a table of 4. The table I wanted and reserved 1 1/2 weeks ago was given to a party of 2-the other 2 people at the table never showed. In essence, we ended up being seated outside, but not where I had requested. The chips and salsa were amazing. Another person ordered a queso dip which we shared that was very good. However, my combo fajitas were over cooked-the chicken was very dry chewy, and the steak was too black on the outside. The shrimp was fine. The service was amazing though-we had an excellent waiter. I ordered a sangria which was tasty. I ordered a glass of wine later at the bar, but it was a small pour for the price. They had a great D.J., so that was fun. I think I would suggest coming for appetizers and drinks, and to dance.
