Carl's Jr. - Rancho Cucamonga

I requested a big order of hamburgers (almost 100) for my after school program. Kaley the manager met me at the door and had my order ready with the help of Veronica and the crew. They were amazing and so helpful and I thank them so much. The students loved the hamburgers.

Outstanding customer service everytime I drive thru. Who ever does the hiring does a great job finding such nice upbeat staff. And my meal is always good.

I just wanted to give a shout out to our cashier from last night, Kaidee. I know working fast food and especially at a time like this can be challenging but she had a great personality and went out of her way to make our experience very pleasant. It was a good burger. I got the famous star and it was 6 bucks. Everything was good with it but not for 6 bucks. Make it 4 Carl's and we'll be good. Overall the service was good and restrooms were clean so not a bad spot.

Love their specials, watch for them coupons. Luv the Western burger. And the original Angus burger so yummy. But lately, it's been the Big Carl.
