First time here today. I walked in, there were two people in back of the counter. None of the looked up, greeted, or even acknowledged me. After five minutes one of them finally takes my order from behind a sneeze guard that has a voice box mechanism. This makes it extremely difficult to understand the cashier. It's a lovely establishment. I've visited several times and haven't been let down. I will definitely return!
I've visited this restaurant twice, and each time the service has been fast and friendly. The environment is clean as well. I ordered the brown sugar boba coffee and the roasted militia boba coffee, both with less ice. The price for each drink was $6.20. Both drinks had great flavor and the boba had the perfect balance of softness and chewiness. I would definitely visit again.
Came here tonight, order received at 8:51pm. 9:08pm and the gal behind the counter is arguing that it has been 15mins only. Alright. I received my popcorn chicken at 9:11, i said oh that has been 20mins, just a sassy ok . Not even sorry or anything, just wow. They got my drink wrong the first time. Drinks were alright, popcorn chicken too salty. This place has a good potential, just crappy service.
Just left this circus of establishment. Entered with my service dog at 5:04 pm on 4/23/2022 refused service because my dog did not have a service vest on therefore they refused service due to that matter. I explained he did not have to have a specific vest on they argued and said otherwise. This is discrimination upon the disabled. This establishment will be hearing from my attorney
