Hmm there seems to be an issue about what hours this location is supposed to be open or closed. My group of friends and I have visited this locatiom several times during supposedly open hours only to find out the doors are locked, drive through closed,and no one answering the phone. Hmm there seems to be an issue about what hours this location is supposed to be open or closed. My group of friends and I have visited this locatiom several times during supposedly open hours only to find out the doors are locked, drive through closed,and no one answering the phone. This has happened during midday and late at night about 2 hours before their supposed closingtime. Not sure if they are understaffed or if staff lock up and try to hide and ignore customers during slow hours.
Two days in a row I ordered through the driver through and both times it was wrong, the lady didn't even give me a receipt, I called their manager and got a reply that I couldn't get any compensation unless I brought the food back to theirrestaurant. I'm not going to return to their place with food that had been sitting there all day for $16 refund. I felt bad forjack in the box because my orders elsewhere were correct, so that's why I didn't double check the order when I left because Itrusted them (but now I think it's a good lesson to always remember to check your order before leaving the restaurant)

After I paid they tell me there's no rice, which I ordered the #16 teriyaki bowl combo. Then he tells me I can order something else. No wonder two cars ahead of me shut off the engine. Every time I go there my order is not right or they ran out. Don't gothere.
Along with my order I ordered a cup of hot wat for mom. Which I have gotten here before. The gentleman taking our order flat out told us we don?t have any. Which I know is a lie. I would have paid for it too. The man was rude and cold. Didn?t even bother toask if I wanted for here. Just gave it to us to go. Place was dirty and the soda was flat. I do not recommend this location
