Jimboy's Tacos - Rancho Cordova

Wow, great tacos! We've recently moved to the area and wanted to try the food at Jimboy's. My dining partner and I were not disappointed. Our first meal was around lunchtime and we kept it simple we each ordered three ground beef tacos. Neither of us were disappointed! The tacos are excellent. In particular, I liked the dusting of Parmesan cheese on the outer shell of the tacos. Absolutely delicious. We will return! There are a number of items that I would like to try in the future, including the new Texas Chili, the chicken tacos, and the carnitas taco.

I got sick on the refried beans in the burrito,not a good thing.
