I came to my 21st birthday and I loved it! the personal was friendly and welcoming, eating was perfect and my chai-tini and espresso martini were amazing. it was clean, the vibe was brilliant and overall I had an amazing time and can not wait to come back! View all feedback.

The food and service was excellent. Could use more lighting though.
We went for a birthday dinner/drinks. The whole restaurant is lounge couches, low stools and small tables. Not at all what we expected, but it was easy to move around and enjoy the view. The service was excellent and very attentive. The flatbreads were ok but the burgers were tasty. There were a variety of drink options except no ginger beer. I would go again in the spring/fall as to utilize the outdoor seating. It was more of a bar scene not a sit down dinner.
I have been to the Willard several times and already have plans to return. The atmosphere is great! I love the views of downtown Raleigh. Always an enjoyable experience!
Great place to eat love the decor love the rooftop view hope to have party there soon would go back again hope to see them soon.
