Fine but the staff needs to pay attention. They make you state the order, repeat back something totally different after a pause... And are like whaaaaaaa did you say. terrible customer service! the girl in the drive-thru window was rude! I moved into the window and was not only asked for my payment. I paid and she gave me my orders. I asked for a spoon that didn't realize he was already in the bowl. the girl and the manager told me it was in the cup. the girl has blown up the drive-thru window in my face. Great experience recently, Anthony was very kind and patient with our group. He took the time to double check allergy info on the frozen dessert one of our guests wanted. Thorough and empathetic. Best customer service I've had in fast food in a while.
How are you to run a business while you’re missing items to run your business. Girl at the window said we do not have x,y,z and can I give your drink without a lid. Do better
We called this Dairy Queen to ask if we could pick up an undecorated cake through the drive through and we were told they were in stock and that wasn’t a problem. A half hour later, after waiting at least ten minutes in line, the woman working the drive through told us that wasn’t possible and we had to go inside. After telling her we had called ahead she insisted that we hadn’t called that location and they wouldn’t do it. I don’t appreciate being called a liar and I’m not sure what’s difficult about passing a small cake through a window, especially since it’s been done for us before, at this location, at least twice. We left without another word and it’s annoying enough that taking that into consideration with the guarantee of a minimum 10-20 minute wait in their slow drive through we probably won’t be back. It’s faster to go into a grocery store at this point for better tasting ice cream. Ridiculous.
The reason I went was because of some if the bad reviews. My experience was as expected. Quick with the order, accurate, fresh hot and it was reasonably quick. No complaints or suggestions from me. I’ll go again no problem
Bryan and soraya at 5260 new bern ave in nc are some of the most beautiful people I have ever interacted with. I'm not one in the rule to leave reviews, but I couldn't give up this opportunity. of the journey both go soraya and bryan were very pleasant to speak. I am not out of the area, but really appreciate the common courtesy. Eat was served immediately and given me a smile. bless them both
