10/10. Visiting the area and tried this restaurant twice both experiences were delicious! Would recommend.

This was my go to place for salads at the mall. I have not been a over a year and it has really changed. My salad was $12.96 and inedible. I asked for cheese, did not realize there is a .99 cents upgrade charge for a few sprinkles.I got the BLT with honey mustard. This dressing is now really vinegary, vs sweet and honey, and they smother it in the salad. Bacon was burnt and really salty, really awful.Lettuce and tomato were very fresh but were smothered in that terrible dressing. Get it on the side.I ate 1/3rd and tossed it. Never again.

This place used to be really good. They don't care about quality or customer service anymore. The person who made my salad left out ingredients and when I politely asked her to add them, she dumped half of them on the floor on purpose and gave me a smug look. Very sad how far they've gone down hill. The salad was also awful. Very bland with too many greens and very few toppings.

We used to love Crisp in Crabtree Valley Mall and went about once a week. However, this business seems to have been sold. Unfortunately, options that we had before such as fat free dressings are not available anymore. The amount of meat in the saladshas decreased as well as the size of the large salad. Furthermore, there seems to be a bit of disorganization where they aremaking the salads. While I understand that there are growing pains with acquiring a new restaurant, the best changes inownership should be seamless. After a couple of times there with the new management and being disappointed, we are findingourselves considering a new go-to salad place.

Great staff and very fresh produce. Exceptionally so for a mall place
