Sonar Tori - Raichak

I have been to the City Centre 1 outlet of Sonar Tori a couple of times and it is my favourite restaurant when it comes to eating Bengali cuisine. Hence, when I went to the Raichak outlet I had high expectations. However, what extremely disappointed me was the manager's attitude. Even after repeatedly telling him that I am happy to pay for all the extra dishes that I will be ordering on top of my thali, he gave me condescending looks and made me look like an illiterate in front of other customers inquiring ad nauseaum whether I am aware of the added cost. I felt utterly humiliated. I am never going back there again and would request the concerned people to look into this kind of behaviour being carried out by a person working in the hospitality sector.

Everything was pretty fine in this Restaurant. I would say perfect place for lunch clicking pics enjoying the vibe. But the Thali is perfect and heavy which suits the Price pretty well , But the taste is not upto the Mark , it is pretty average thali compared to what we have seen in 6 Ballygunge Place or Koshe Koshe. Too short spaced, while the waiting lounge is huge. Food is average. Service is fast and good. Great staff. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
