Hardee’s - Radford

Never had a good experience at this location. Terrible management. Only person in drive thru and I had to repeat order 5x. Cashier said the good mic went out. 6 burgers and 1 fry took atleast 20 min. All while the manager just watched from the counter. 2nd employee stared at screen. While the same cashier that took my order made it. Can't say the food was any better than the service. Burnt burger and cold soggy fries. Must be a cover for something else like a plug.

Excruciatingly slow service and restaurant was FILTHY.

Pretty slow service, unfortunately. They were slammed for most of the Brunch rush from 10-11 while I was there. The food was good, as expected. The biscuit and gravy (yes, 1 biscuit) was overpriced, but good. The hash brown patty discs were good, on par with McD's full-size hash brown patties. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

There was puddles of water in the floor and customer went and got a mop to mop it up. The nozzles for the pop machine wasn’t on there and cashier didn’t know where there were. Too much salt on fries. I have worked in food service for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this. I worked for Hardee’s for 5 years. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
