Everything we ordered (sashimi boat, uni sashimi, ebi tempura, zipang salad, chicken cariage (?), Pork belly, etc.) was good, if a little small in serving size. All of the waitresses were very polite and attentive, and our house tea and water were constantly being refilled. Since we had the small function room to ourselves, the atmosphere was good. What Dorthy Lubowitz doesn't like about Zipang:
We had their salmon cheese maki, chirashi bowl, and their sanzokuyaki set meal. The salmon cheese maki is a lot bigger than you'd expect, it's one of those supersized maki rolls. Didn't really love it, don't really get the lettuce in it, but you do appreciate the amount of cheese they put in it. The chirashi bowl might be one of their more famous things here, and it's okay, you definitely get a lot, it's a bit pricey... View all feedback.
Better than many Japanese restaurants. we had buta kakuni-don and maguro sashimi-don. for dessert, a pin with adzuki. my wife loves the buta kakuni, and I mean Sashimi-don. serving this is quite generous, but they would rather not go there if they want a higher rice-to-fish ratio. the only low point for me was that I did not have the aroma characteristic for many Japanese restaurants that we were. but that's just me. we will definitely go back.
One of our favorite Japanese restaurants! underrated, hole in the wall; I always make sure that it recommends to all my friends. the chef of cuisine is Japanese so that they can be sure that eating authentic we love especially their atsuyaki tamago — it is sweet, delicate and really delicious. also her chicken karaage is very good. we always get their Teishoku sets because the sides ensure a good value for money. are generous. visit them during the midday on weekdays for unli reis.
Underestimated space. I only visited this place when he opened, he has only become better since then. this is one of the best hidden gems in the opposite and I am glad that it has picked up very since its opening.
What can they expect from a Japanese place? only excellent eating and clean environment! I love her chicken catsu curry! you tamago is also the best. I'll come back to this place soon.

The chirashi bowl might be one of their more famous things here, and it's okay, you definitely get a lot, it's a bit pricey but for what you get it is ultimately fair. The sanzokuyaki is like a chicken karaage type thing, basically a fried chicken cutlet as well, very nice and moist, and it's a lot, it's definitely the best value of all since it's big enough to feed two All in all, this won't...read more
