We sampled their latest flavors:... read more We visited the newest branch of PUFFY'S Soufflé Pancake Café at Upper Ground B, Gateway Mall 2, and it was an absolute delight! We sampled their latest flavors: Strawberry Mochi (₱200) — soft, fruity, and fun, ideal for strawberry fans; Biscoff Cheesecake (₱220) — rich, creamy, with a perfect cookie crunch; and Dubai Pistachio Chocolate (₱260) — our top pick, unique and indulgent! The soufflé pancakes were fluffy and light, with two per order, making them great for sharing, though I wouldn’t blame you if you keep one all to yourself. Their drinks come in adorable packaging as well. We tried the signature milk tea, sweet milky coffee, and refreshing lychee fruit tea — all excellent companions to the pancakes. If you’re at Gateway Mall and craving something soft, sweet, and picture-perfect, this café is definitely worth a visit! The staff were listening to a radio drama that was quite unpleasant to listen to, and they seemed inattentive to customers' needs, often busy chatting among themselves. Price per person: ₱1–500.
