Mazza Shawarma - Quezon City

I tried their shawarma, the meat was well seasoned, they have a good garlic mayo but it lacks something special - no cucumber haha! I just like cucumber on a shawarma. I haven't tried their other menu and i'm looking forward on trying it soon but for now the rating is for the shawarma alone and the place. Good thing they offer service water ???? Price is reasonable.. service is good ...good is ok...although they could do better with the food... but then again price is reasonable for the food...

Quality of Food = 4 Quantity of Food = 4 Food Price = 3.5 Service = 4 Place = 4.5 Overall = 4 Remarks : The food is serve in hot temperature which is good. The quantity of the food together with its price is reasonable. The place has a good temperature nice ambiance. Services was good they are very Attentive. I did not wait for my food so long because it's 12midnight :) i waited for 5 minutes and the food was serve.

I had other plans for lunch today but since meetings got extended, the restaurants I've bookmarked have closed. After walking around in search for food options, I decided to go for Mazza Shawarma. I was thrilled to see Beef Keema and Ox Brain in their menu. I was even more thrilled to see I can have both the Beef Keema Meal and Ox Brain for Php 200! Of course when you're eating Indian/Middle Eastern, one would expect lots of spices and quite some heat so I also ordered a glass of Red Iced Tea for Php 30. The food was not bad but definitely not authentic. I'd have rated lower if not for the fact that I paid only Php 230 for everything. You get what you pay for, right? The Beef Keema was such a disappointment. The spice and heat I was expecting was overly toned down likely to suit the Filipino palate. The Ox Brain was alright - nothing special. It's like liver steak except that Ox Brain has such a wonderful texture - much like taho. Unfortunately for me, the keema of the concessionaire in the cafeteria in my old office has ruined me for other Middle Eastern and Indian food places. Again, the food wasn't bad considering the price. The place is very simple but clean. If I run out of options, I wouldn't mind coming back to try their shawarma. After all they've named the place after it.
