Savalas Steak House - Quesnel

Updated: So i was reached by Sherri Reinhart who works for Mr Mikes. I never expected that the franchise would go to this extent to rectify their mistakes. I was refunded for my drinks plus i was given a gift card. The communication was excellent from her. She or anyone else didn't even ask me to update or take down my review but great service deserves to be highlighted hence I'm updating my review here. Keep the excellent work guys. Really happy how the situation was dealt with. Not happy with the service neither the food quality and portion. It was an expensive order placed online for a take out. When we got there to pickup they told us that they don't do take out for drinks anymore because of COVID-19 and this should not have been an option available online. Don't understand the concept here but we paid in advance so why not refund the money for the drinks. Server was rude and wasn't accommodating of the situation and brushed us off. The portion was a joke for what we paid. You get way more in dine in. I asked a special dish to be spicy and it was just bland and full of oil. Very disappointed

Great staff, top shelf liquor, excellent quality all around. Mr. Mikes has always done a great job, and once again I was spoiled by the Mike size plate of wings! Their original recipe antler lager and ale are my favourite brews to date. No matter what province I’m travelling through I can always depend on this franchise. Keep up the great work! Mike

Had a nice steak meal here, Amanda was really terrific, super friendly and helpful and helped fix an issue we had with the meal. (Thanks Amanda! my wife and I really enjoyed our dinner. Two thumbs up, five stars!

Excellent service by Hannah! Very friendly and welcoming even for an unexpected party late at night consisting mostly of Elders. Food was a little off, mostly great, fish and wings were overdone though. We chalked it up to new/overwhelmed Cook. Just clued in it was also Wing Wednesday. Maybe just some more attention to frying time/staggering items. Lodge Chips, Bacon Mikeburger with Fries, Steak Dip with Fries, Chinatown sub Prawns with Cheesy Garlic Bread were on point though! Extra Pablano Mike's Sauce for me because that stuff should be sold by the bottle lol. We'll be back to visit our WL Mr Mike's, but these are our thoughts on the Quesnel location ^ ^

We dined at your establishment a few times since moving to this beautiful corner of the world and I will say that the service from Jorja and the female bartender (sorry, can't remember her name) was the funniest time we had ever eating and laughing with those wonderful women warrior's.
