Dakota Edinburgh - Queensferry

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff and service , a wonderful restaurant and a sleek and moody decor , its ideal for exploring the Queensferry area or a 15min car ride takes you to the airport or the Ingliston P&R for onward trams to Edinburgh Walkability: 15min walk into Queensferry for all the lovely town centre offers and the views over the bridges Rooms: 5

Unfortunately we booked for two nights and they changed our room while we were out for the day. They didn 't tell us anything and downgrated for some reason that still is not clear to us. As a hotel manager I know this is not acceptable. Normally I only leave good reviews, but I cannot not share this. Really unprofessional if you ask me. The Dakota Hotel in Glasgow however is 5 star plus. I would be proud to be the hotel manager there. Rooms: 3

Lovely hotel. Good location nice little stroll down the road leads you to a little row of shops and cafes with a wonderful view of the forth bridges.
