I usually order late at night, close to closing time due to classes or work, and they always show the same passion and respect for their customers, even when closing soon. The sushi is really delicious and more affordable than many other places in NYC. The staff I always encounter is very nice. However, on my first visit, I did find a black hair in my sushi.

I had to add soy sauce to my soup and teriyaki salmon to make it more flavorful. The salmon teriyaki had very little sauce and sweetness, only a few pieces of broccoli and a small amount of onions/cabbage without any carrots. There was a lot of white rice, but not much else. I usually order a teriyaki salmon bento box from a Japanese place on 3rd Ave for just $2 more, which includes more variety and comes with free miso soup. It was a waste of money to order from this restaurant today. I'm glad I got a discount from Uber. I don't understand how this restaurant has such high ratings, but I will not be ordering from here again.
