I visited this fantastic coffee shop, although it was a bit of a trek as it's situated in an industrial area. Despite the distance, it was definitely worth it. This spot is perfect for getting work done while savoring a delicious cup of coffee and pastry. The only downside is that they do not offer decaf coffee. I took the Barista foundations with my friend. we both have been more confident in our ability and have already registered for a second class. kaleena is a great instructor that she really knows how to break down concepts so that they are easy to understand. in 3 hours we have learned so much and have a lot of time. If you want to learn more about coffee on a professional or at home, I would highly recommend checking the coffee project.
What a wonderful place and people. coffee tasted amazing and simply standing through the bar and asking I was in the position to learn so much from the barista (sarah, I think they offer brew and tasting courses - we plan to take the classes again soon and get more amazing coffee here.
