Bison tartar succulent, try if it is slate, however slight disappointment since it was accompanied by fries. I would have taken vegetables or other more refined accompaniment!Professional service. Wait a little long. However, for some of the other people who accompanied me, it was not as wonderful as experience. The pheasant was too cooked for two people and the lamb square was disappointing, since the meat piece was too fat.To finish, the sausage plate house, was excellent according to the one who took it.I would go back to eat a tartare, but I would ask for another accompaniment.
This place has a unique personnel servicing the customers. They make you feel welcome and serve the customers with happiness. Fine cuisine and Claude's specialty is certainly the duck.
