While we were walking around in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, I couldn't help but notice this chain located on a corner. It was very hot, but we hadn't eaten yet, so we first went to eat at Mon Hue (a highly recommended Vietnamese food chain) and then, with a knowing look between us, we went straight to Paris Baguette. It is a self-service restaurant. You enter, grab a tray, and start serving yourself the sweet or savory pastries you want. Each of them comes with an explanation in English. The prices are very affordable (16,000 dong/$0.7 for a brioche or tartlet). We got a donut, two tartlets, and a coffee bomb. After eating, we got thirsty and decided to get a coconut and a mango flake. The mango flake left me speechless. Not only is the fruit there delicious and of high quality, but it was served on top of a delicious coconut milk slush that was perfect for the country's temperatures. The venue has two floors and a terrace. I saw that it stays open until 10 pm. I think it's a great place to have a drink or indulge in something sweet. 100% recommended!

The restaurant has two floors and a terrace, open until late at night. It's a great spot for drinks or dessert. I highly recommend it!
