Frank's Pizza New York Style

Better cold, too greasy and not a good flat hold...however their cheese is delicious, same with the sauce and cust. It's a good pie that could be excellent if they tried.

Was looking to try a different pizza place in the area was very disappointed. I had ordered my pizza was told 20 minutes went in to pick up. Upon arriving I was told that they gave my pizza to someone else who walked in before me said they ordered a pizza. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for a pizza without even an apology or them trying to make it right. Horrible customer service.

Was told 40 minutes for our order. Arrived 45 minutes after we ordered. Fries were made but our pizzas weren’t even in the oven. So we wait another 20 minutes no biggie I’m patient) I ask if the fries will be cold by the time we get home. The guy behind the counter says “probably” so I ask for fresh fries and they only offer to throw them back in the fryer gross twice fried greasy French fries).. if you want fresh timely food look elsewhere.

The pizza is awesome and the garlic knots are out of this world!!
