Captain Bob's Fresh Seafood

I'm going about 2-3 times a month. Always new and stack selection, always fresh, and they will suggest recipes if you ask or want to try something new. Great place.

Bought the fresh swordfish steaks. Omg they were delicious. I've never had swordfish that was so tender and melted in your mouth. What a difference fresh makes

It's been a while since I've ordered here and this time I'm very dissapointed.The fried combo platter used to have a couple of shrimp and a handful of fried clams in it, but now one shrimp and 8 pieces of fried clams.Price went up to $15.95! This was an $8.95 platter.The food is good but way overpriced for the portion you get.I guess all good things come to an end.Goodbye Captain Bobs.

I absolutely love Captain Bob's! The seafood is always fresh and tasty! They have cooked dishes, soups, appetizers, sides, broiled and fried platters, and cold seafood that you can prepare yourself. Fantastic selection of fresh seafood. Delicious prepared dishes. Cole slaw is exactly how I like it. Fries are always good, but eat them quick if you get take out they often get soft while in the take out container on the way home (moisture from cooked food)! I don't remember when this restaurant opened up, but I know it's been around since I was a kid. We used to get food from here once a week, and always looked forward to it. Quality has been consistent throughout the decades!!

Clean, friendly, fast service. I ate the calamari as an app and the jumbo combo platter. Calamari was fresh, good texture, little to no seasoning (there is old bay, vinegar, and hot sauce available) but pairs great with the marinara dipping sauce. The jumbo platter zones with shrimp, scallops, deviled crab and deviled clam. The shrimp and scallops were top notch. The deviled crab and clam were heavy on the breading; taste was ok. I'd go with the shrimp and scallops platter option next time.
