I come here often because the staffs are extremely nice and friendly, nicest and friendliest staff ever! Food portion is great, I can barely finish it. Food is extremely delicious and same goes for the drinks. Totally recommend to come here

Awarded 5star solely based on their amazing customer service. They put to shame many of the finer establishments. Food wise is decent. Tried the ribeye steak, each order w brown sauce and black pepper. Can't fault the beef quality for the price. The beef is indeed cooked to medium perfect. Bravo. The one key improvement to elevate the entire dish will be the black pepper. More black pepper for more punch. Shoutout to Shahriful for his 7star attitude. Pls keep him here in IOI. All said and done, they have done well. Will be back for sure.

Came here to spoil myself with a nice steak. Had the rib eye (medium rare) black pepper with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The steak was delightful. Tender, juicy, with the right amount of fats. The medium rare was done well. The gravy was good, peppery as it should. Excellent addition to the steak. Was sad when the meal was finished. Excellent service by the senior staff whom I didn't get the name. He made sure I had all I needed throughout the meal. I was spoiled indeed.

It's a rare occurrence that I could get a great hospitality in a normal restaurant. Usually this kind of services can only be found in a 5 stars resorts. Kudos to NY Steak Shack in IOI City Mall Putrajaya. You have a great team here. The staff are really friendly attentive. I was served by Mr Sariful and I kid you not, his kind of service is usually found only in certain highly rated resorts. The way he attended my table, recommended menu to us patiently waited when my kids kept on changing their choices of food are just astounding. I agree with most reviews who recommended him to be given a raise. He did not only serve my table, but several others with the same kind of hospitality. The menus in NY Steak Shack are also great and tasteful. I just love how my lamb was prepared, a perfect medium cooked. The drink was also a good combination.
