I find this to be one of the better Dunkin’s. I find the people at this one to always be freindly and we usually get the right offer here! That being said, Dunkin’ in general needs to improve the quality of all their food and drinks! View all feedback.
The new lids are terrible. Hard to explain but I can’t. Sip from this new lid. My top lip is hitting the new plastic latch. I feel like I have to pour the coffee into my mouth. That new latch is preventing a seal . I just tossed the cover. Maybe something is wrong with me but I did not enjoy using that lid. I hope this lid goes away fast. I felt like I was going to burn my mouth or get coffee all over myself.The other lid was fine. Even the lids from the 80 s were better. Remember you would just tear off your own opening. At least you can get your top lip on the side of the cup.
