We return time and time again to this lovely gastro-bistro in sleepy Pujols. Greet value, and tasty country Fayre and a huge artisan following.
Best place in town, as evidenced by their lunchtime crowd. Locals favored the covered patio, dinning room was also very popular. course lunch included salad chicken or beef with fruit tart accompanied by local wine. A truly French country meal.
We have eaten here a few times over the years with friends at lunchtimes and only very recently. For my birthday last Friday. We are never disappointed. This restaurant consistently serves excellent food, very delicious and the service always friendly and generous in pleasant surroundings....Outstanding value,It is always good, excellent choices cooked to perfection and well presented. We would definitely recommend this place for a lunchtime meal. "Perfect French Cuisine
After a busy morning sightseeing we were hungry and found signs on the main road to Chez Sylvie. As it was nearly p.m we followed the signs and parked in the car park opposite the restaurant. The menu of the day for gave us...a choice of a Farmer's Salad or sardines to start followed by beef or Toulouse sausage as a main course with three options for dessert, which we were very happy with. There was an ample supply of pieces of bread served in a little bucket which was replenished throughout the first two courses. The salad was beautifully presented with a tasty dressing, and the sausage dish had a good supply of mixed vegetables, beautifully cooked with some chips. Our choices for dessert were apple pie and a chocolate mousse, all very tasty.
