We have been visiting PV since 2017, and have made it to The Swedes every time. It's perched up the hill where Olas Altas meets Pulpito, and offers views of the Zona Romantica, and Los Muertos beach beyond. The menu is always creative and delicious....This time we enjoyed the Restaurant Week mahi mahi and zucchini risotto, with a beautiful green salad with goat cheese, mango spring rolls, passion fruit pie and chocolate mousse. The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced, as is the wine list. This place feels special without being pretentious, and always offers us a great meal in a setting that can't be beat.

It's been a few years since we've been here and The Swedes still delivers on great taste. We had a couple chicken dishes, including the pesto noodles with chicken, and both were great. Shrimp rolls were also excellent. Thanks for all the tasty Cosmos and...a great lunch!
