Emiliano Restaurant at Casa Velas Resort

Todo muy bien presentado. El servicio excelente, aunque un poco lento. Los desayunos, comidas y cenas son todas de excelente calidad. Solo sugiero hacer un poco más rápida la instancia.

Food and service is excellent! the situation is soothing, especially tomorrow, when they have a live guitarist. relax and enjoy eating and the birds chirping.

We were in the location, dinner in the emiliano restaurant during the stay in velas vallarta. what an amazing tasty as usual. Eating, service and ambiente were top. the three of us, my man, my youngest son and I, sat on the highest. did not level my usual attitude, but it was another perspective. look forward to our next culinary experience.

We were 7 nights in casa velas, so we had all our meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner in emilianos with taking one evening when we went to the tau beach club. every meal was superb except there were two meal times that were very disappointing....One was the rib eye that was quite bad and the other was the chicken parm that appeared over boiled and not enough sauce with it. otherwise fantastic meal there. Service staff were fantastic, personal, helpful and humorous. shout to edruigo for the performance of a great show and an honourable mention to daniel, cesar, pink and the rest of the personal.

Great food and drink complimented by the best wait staff ever. They really do go above and beyond!!!
