What User doesn't like about El Capitan:
the location is excellent. our waiter was nice. the manager wouldn't bring us chips because we decided to stand on an outside bar. the greeting was rude, abrupt, we almost went before we ever sit because it was so rude. we spent. about 30 usd on drinks schnapps couldn't get any chips? seriously? go there for the lookout, but do not expect a nice and good service. My wife, and I and her family are here while on vacation. The restaurant is clean, with great views! Food was good. Definitely need to stop by if you are in Rocky Point.
My family and another family ate at El Capitan on 10 Oct, 2019 from 8pm 9pm. Food was good and the view was nice. Paid for half the dinner with my credit card. Two days later I began getting fraudulent purchase notices from my...credit card company. The El Capitan bill did not post for six days and when it did I found they charged my card twice for the dinner. Buyer beware and/or use cash.
We planned this for sunset..........and OH, what a sunset view!! so, so , enjoyed by our whole party. The food............ Fantastic every single person in our party loved thier meal!! Drinks were great, and large! The price so reasonable....... El Capitan is on our list of...stops every time........were down here. They give out half price coupons for lunch visits as well.....
